Who are we?
iCare Pro is the result of the collaboration between PL Healthcare and eSense.
PL Healthcare has excellent expertise in the medical field and has been active in the medical equipment distribution and maintenance for years.
On the other hand, eSense has excellent expertise in the IT environment but also in the industrial field.
The similarities between the restraints in the industrial and medical field along with the approach of local service support this collaboration.
Certification
Aware of the importance of quality in our products, we have started a process of quality certifications. The first step was to obtain ISO 9001 certification. We obtained this certification in the course of 2023.
We are now continuing our certification program and are starting the process for a Digital Hospital Quality (QHN) certificate, which is necessary for the French hospital sector.
